  简介： 和平年代，继承了假面超人Kiva衣钵的少年红渡（濑户康史 饰）进入森罗高中，展开了磕磕绊绊的校园生活。某天，一名仓皇落魄的逃犯闯入高中，此人名叫杉村隆（堀内健 饰），是一个历经22年岁月未见衰老的奇怪之人。一阵混乱过后，杉村隆被两个疑似Fangire的怪人劫持。从假面骑士Rey白峰天斗（山本匠马 饰）和名护启介（加藤庆祐 饰）的口中得知，杉村不老的秘密极可能和22年前其亲手策划的劫持女子音乐家的事件有关，而这一切导致了最为恐怖的上古魔王Legendora的复活。 　　为了阻止Legendora的阴谋，红渡穿越时空回到了1986年，并且见到了自己的父亲红音也（武田航平 饰）。他与父亲试图改变历史，然而一切依旧朝着最糟糕的事态发展……
