Gekijouban Pretty Rhythm All Star Selection - Prism Show Best Ten [BD-1080p][C5300B4C].mkv XDCC available. General: This is a compilation of various Prism Shows from the 3 series and there's some new animation too. It looks far better than the TV airings, so I'd recommend giving it a watch. Because most of this movie is CGI Prism Shows the required video bitrate goes through the roof and because of that this might not play properly on older computers and toasters. Subs will probably come some day, but for now I decided to release the encodes because they're done anyway. I also included the commentary track, because it was fun to listen too and it might be interesting if you like the series. The new bits of animation seems to be done >720p, but the performances were rendered at 720p and the older footage from episodes is also 720p or lower. The 1080p looks a lot cleaner than the 720p, but that probably only matters if you pause or take stills. The newly animated parts and on screen text are, of course, better in the 1080p version. Technical: Video: 10-bit 1080p ~8.7mbps Audio: 2.0 AAC movie ~300kbps, commentary ~112kbps Chapters: At the start of every song and for parts outside of the main feature. Because of all the banding everywhere I scenefiltered most of it away, but some might still be visible after debanding as I didn't want to nuke even more details. Other than that the varying cropping has been addressed and a lot of the aliasing has been removed. As for the audio, I decided to go with high bitrate AAC, because the FLAC was 557MiB compared to the 104MiB AAC. The commentary is lower bitrate and takes a small 38MiB. If many of you really want to play it on your toasters you could ask for an 8-bit 720p mp4, but I'm a lazy man so don't count on it. Content: This movie lasts about 48 minutes. It contains 10 full shows, and 14 small parts of shows and combined those span about 29 minutes. There's some new animated parts as intro/outro and combined they are just over 6 minutes. In-between the Prism Shows there's some flash animation of the mascots with Penguin-sensei and Momo presenting the Prism Shows, combined these bits span about 9 minutes. The rest is logos at the start and credits near the end that last for about 4 minutes. Tracklisting: (in order of appearance)
