日本东京，野村（北村一辉 饰）用摄像机拍摄下处刑室内柔弱女性被残忍虐杀的全过程，经剪辑后上传网络。某个夜晚，他偶遇年龄相差较多的久惠（高梨临 饰）姐弟，野村对久惠产生了兴趣，此后每天访问这个女孩工作的花店。他的出现让久惠重现笑容，并渐渐敞开心扉。
印尼雅加达，充满正义感的自由记者巴由（Oka Antara 饰）致力于揭露当权者贪污的事实，却陷入对方设下的陷阱，生活由此落入前所未有的困境之中。某天他意外看到野村的视频，嫌恶之余却有危险的欲望在心底萌生。他偶然杀死一名持枪匪徒，并将匪徒的尸体拍摄下来发布网上。远在东京的野村看到这段视频，直觉意识到同道中人的存在。两个身处不同城市的猎者，开始了最为凶险的接触……
