　　在神秘莫测的乌蒙灵谷一个山洞内，封印着拥有强大力量的上古凶剑“焚寂”，传说这把剑足以令持有者杀戒大开。在“焚寂”的封印即将解除之际，一群黑衣人闯入灵谷，残忍剿灭了守护凶剑韩氏一族。韩氏子嗣韩云溪（李易峰 饰）被紫胤真人所救，带回天墉城。失去记忆的云溪更名为百里屠苏，跟随真人学习剑术。时光荏苒，转眼八年过去，新仇旧怨以及体内蓄势待发的煞气让屠苏无法找到容身之地，万般无奈之下他只得选择下山。
　　险恶江湖，逐渐找回记忆的屠苏四处寻找灭族仇人，在这一过程中他与欧阳少恭（乔振宇 饰）、风晴雪（杨幂 饰）等人邂逅。由此上演了一连串惊天动地的剑侠传奇……
