简介：經營「幸福澡堂」的普通家庭五十嵐一家，長子「五十嵐一輝」為正義感強，喜歡照顧人的熱血青年，但因都市再開發的請求，幸福澡堂要被迫搬遷而苦惱著。突然某天，一輝等人遭遇死亡之徒率領的怪人軍團襲擊，一心想保護重要事物的一輝發現了自己體內惡魔的存在，以「以毒攻毒」的精神與惡魔拜斯訂下契約，變身成假面騎士。
這次的《假面騎士 Revice》作為令和系列第三作，同時也是《假面騎士》系列50週年紀念作。本作品主角五十嵐一輝，藉由與寄宿在身上的惡魔「Vice」簽訂契約，變身為「假面騎士 Revi」，而惡魔自身也變成了「假面騎士 Vice」，人類與惡魔組成的搭檔為了守護家族，《假面騎士 Revice》故事就此展開。
