It's an FHD production from ENGI with pretty sharp foregrounds. Unfortunately, the excessive noise got crushed during encoding, which actually lowered the quality of the flat areas. The lines also have some ringing and DCT noise. We used adaptive de-blocking and de-ringing to fix the lines, followed by anti-aliasing to get rid of any remaining aliasing.
