With strong noise, average bitrate encoding and manga-like line-art effects (e.g. Ishigami scenes), a lot of motion scenes showed blocking because of lack of bitrate. We applied de-noising and line-art sharpening, also we added extra grain to restore the visual experience and maintain a reasonable file size.
