改编自《凪的新生活》作者コナリミサト的另一个同名漫画。故事讲述主角・红河芽衣（大政绚）是28岁的OL，在化妆品公司公关部工作，外表亮丽在公司内备受注目，做事俐落有出色工作能力，然而看起来冷酷的她有着另一面，最爱下班后于立食店、牛丼店、拉面店喝酒，配合适量的美食，把自己完全重设。 ※剧中每话都会有现实的饮食店登场，包括大量熟悉的连锁店，包括「天丼てんや」「饺子的王将」「吉野家」「花丸乌龙面」「吉豚屋」「VOLKS」「CoCo壹番屋」「寿司郎」等，相信观众总会光顾过，带来强大的共鸣感。
