TBS电视台播放《圣诞之吻》第二季动画，官网正式命名为《圣诞之吻SS+ plus》，于2012年1月5日放送。 首先，「圣诞之吻SS+ plus」将不会有新女主角登场，即是第二季的女主角仍是第一季的六位女主角：少男杀手森岛遥前辈、爽朗的棚町薫、软绵绵的中多纱江学妹、丰满可爱的青梅竹马樱井梨穗子、帅气学妹七咲逢，以及班长绚辻词。而第二季的故事并不是橘纯一再次攻略所有女主角，而是在第一季的故事之后，以大约每二话的长度，把六位女主角的魅力更深层呈现出来，最后一话添加了妹妹美也线，也即是说，第二季基本上是确定为13话的长度了。 　　始于班长终于学姐 1月新番「圣诞之吻SS+ plus」女角放送顺序确定。日本知名的网络电台日音泉上播放了「圣诞之吻」专业的第136回网络广播。在这次的广播上，由担任樱井梨穗子及橘美也的声优新谷良子及阿澄佳 奈两位小妮子担任主持，而在她们的闲谈间，最重要的消息莫过于有关预定明年1月放送的第二季作品「圣诞之吻SS+ plus」的消息。预定以大约每二话的长度把第一季中的6位女主角各自上演闪光不断的场境，而在今天的网络广播中也把这6位女角的播放顺序公开了。这次的 顺序大致上是和第一季的顺序相反的，即将会由班长绚辻词开始，紧接著青梅足马的樱井梨穂子->帅气学妹七咲逢->棚町薫->中多纱江， 并以少男杀手森岛遥前辈作结，若果棚町薫及中多纱江的位置倒过来，这便正好是第一季的逆顺序了。
